Hi Moshe.

I found some information for GSoD 2020 on the Wireshark wiki 
<https://gitlab.com/wireshark/wireshark/-/wikis/GSoD2020> - there are more 
ideas what to document on this page. It could be a good idea to apply for GSoD 
2021.
