The manuals are in the Wireshark source tree, so bugs on the manuals (or man 
pages) should be submitted as being for "Wireshark" in the "Documentation" 
category.

Bugs in Web sites, *other* than 1) "the version of the Wireshark developer or 
user manual that can be fetched from the Web site is incorrect or should be 
improved" or 2) "the application I downloaded from the Download page is buggy 
or should be improved", should be for "Web sites".
