I successfully use it fine with either 2008EE or 2010EE. It's under Tools -> Attach to Process ... (Ctrl+Alt+P), for both. I'm running with 2010EE Service Pack 1 (KB983509). Maybe you're running w/out the service pack and that's the reason???
