The hostname ask.wireshark.org has had a AAAA record a while longer (I think 
even from the beginning when it was set up). If your browser favors IPv6 over 
IPv4 (which most browsers do by default AFAIK), they will try to get to a site 
over IPv6 before trying IPv4. Which in turn means that if you have IPv6 
enabled, but don't have IPv6 access to the Internet (either native or tunneled 
over IPv4), then you will see these delays. 

[You might want to use Wireshark to look at this problem ;-)]

Disabling the IPv6 protocol on your PC if you don't have IPv6 access to the 
Internet might speed up things again!
