It just contains the steps that worked for me, and a warning on the issues I ran into. It does not contain any instructions on how to install tools for building RPMs on platforms that dont have them, because I dont know (although it references www.rpm.org <http://www.rpm.org/> ). Its an incremental improvement on XXX I dont know; someone more familiar with Linux / RPMs might be able to flesh out the instructions.
