Hi all Quick note to inform folks that I've written a LAMP application to view APs using a web browser. It works with the madwifi driver (hostap should also work). It's written completely in Perl. Discovers hidden SSIDs, shows WPA/RSN details. The UI allows you to associate and run DHCP.
