I've had several potential wireless customers pester me about security. Somehow they think their old dial-up account is more secure. They hear about WEP being crackable, but they don't realize e-mail is sent as-is across the public net. As a small-town consultant, I'm faced with customers who are shocked and upset when they learn that e-mail is sent in the clear, but at the same time they don't lock their doors at night. - John -- general wireless list, a bawug thing <http://www.bawug.org/> [un]subscribe: http://lists.bawug.org/mailman/listinfo/wireless
