The Innovator's Dilemma is a terrific book. If you are interested in how new technology becomes adopted and overcomes entrenched technologies, this is the book for you. It contains fascinating case studies from the computer industry to prove the point of the book, i.e., that the company with the current solution is usually "blind" to the new solution, in fact, works against the "new" solution.
