Your panic is related to PR 280546; see there; nothing about panic on shutdown
as discussed here.  I wished I made it to that but it'll likely be next week; 
too many open things in parallel and need to finish one after the other now.

The firmware packages (I assume you are referring to are bundled by chipset
category, e.g., 22000, ax210, be, ... So the firmware package saying ax210
includes 7 or so different kinds of firmware files for different chipsets all
of the AX210 chipset generation.

The warnings about the unsupported crypto algorithms I should probably hide. 
People seem to confuse it as an error.

The fact that you are trying to use TKIP and the implications were discussed
elsewhere on the list already.
I have a partial implementation to finish for that including re-shuffeling for
other now supported algorithms in main at tracked at
https://github.com/FreeBSDFoundation/proj-laptop/issues/64 .  Again hopefully
next week.
