You were asking for an update from me on this ticket 
https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=263613, this is the same 
issue and you can reproduced this by setting a static IP on the interface and 
then you can do a 'service netif wlan0' multiple times in sequence, it should 
crash pretty soon.
