Both if_iwm and if_iwlwifi get loaded

I am running
13.1-STABLE FreeBSD 13.1-STABLE #13 stable/13-n250504-f66bb161ab7a: Sun Apr 17 
00:59:41 PDT 2022

I noticed that both if_iwm and if_iwifi get loaded even though normally I don't 
use wifi on this machine. Do I need to add these to devmatch_blocklist?
