Public bug reported:

Module: WData
Wintermute version: 0.01
Section: implementation design

There is a lack of definition in which situations use Boost and in which Qt.
The latter case is more severe because this library doesn't integrate with
standard C++ language.
Implementation design needs a notion of where to use such libraries and what
operations are supposed to do with them.

     Importance: Medium

         Status: Confirmed
