Got it.  I'll do some further research on that and get back to you.
The project I'm working on will be used in places where having
Windows networking installed would be fatal. So, if I can't figure 
out how to get PACKET.DLL to find the adapters on NT4 without 
having TCP-IP installed, I will have to eliminate NT4 from my 
list of supported platforms.
