Hi.

Sometimes you will capture the same packet twice if you are using a personal
firewall (even the builtin windows XP firewall).

What happens if you run some network analyzer (tcpdump/WinDump,
Ethereal, Analyzer, etc.) on the machine *receiving* the packets?  If
you see them only once, it might be that only one packet is transmitted
but it's "wrapped around" twice on the machine sending it, so that
WinPcap sees two copies.
