We have a client, who is using our application. This application uses WinPcap 3.0. His configuration is a Windows 2000 Server running Terminal Service. He is unable to obtain a listing of the NICs on his computer. Furthermore, our application complains that there is no NIC specified, which is true because our application cannot see any NICs. His administrator has already tried upgrading to the latest NIC driver but to no avail. The NIC is an Intel/Pro 1000 XT. Currently, the card only operates at 100 Mbps. Has anybody seen this issue before? Is there a fix? Any help would be appreciated.
