Is it possible to monitor outgoing packets with winpcap that are blocked by
an ndis IM Passthru driver? I've tried this using Ethereal and was unable
to observe packets which were blocked, although I could see packets which
were forwarded. That would seem to prove that it's not possible, but I've
seen posting to the effect that this possible. Can someone confirm this one
way or the other - and also, why?
