You can understand how to create and send ARP packet (Ethernet Header: Destination, Source, ARP Header: Operation, SenderHA, SenderIP, TargetHA, TargetIP).
If you have Delphi compiler, you can compile SendARP sample source code(I'm using Delphi 5).

I followed your advice and studied an ARP packet with Ethereal but still I don't get along with constructing and sending an ARP packet.
So could someone please send me a code snipet which shows how to create and send an arp packet?
