[WinPcap-users] where can I find "pcap_freealldevs_ex"?

Hi, all.
I would use "pcap_freealldevs_ex" instead of "pcap_freealldevs".
But i can not find "pcap_freealldevs_ex" in pcap.h.
I also know the functions is exported in "wpcap.dll"(WinPcap 3.0a).
In which header file can I find "pcap_freealldevs_ex" declaration?
