I have a Dell Latitude with integrated WiFi card, and I presume it is a Dell
TrueMobile 1150.
Here, WinDump works great, also in promiscuous mode.
I do not use the standard DELL drivers; I installed WinXP from scratch and
I'm using the standard Microsoft drivers. COuld this be the issue?

Vice versa, promiscuous does not work with Cisco Aironet 350 (that we have
on another laptop).
