Hey all,
I have the W2k ddk installed, but am a Windows driver compilation rookie,
so bear with me.
Perhaps I am already in trouble, but my goal is to recompile the driver
with the kernel mode equivelent of CriticalSection's
(I guess this would be spin lock's ? )
introduced so we can run it on SMP systems.
When I run the Compile2k.bat
I get the following error during link.
Linking Executable - c:\i386\npf.sys for i386
driver\win_bpf_filter.obj() : error : Internal error during Pass2
BUILD: Done
6 files compiled - 1102 LPS
1 executable built - 1 Error
It links, but the npf.sys cannot be walked with the dependency walker.
I appreciate any help anyone can give.
