Yes, there's a bug in alpha3 that causes system crash on
uninstallation (more generally, trying to stop the driver), if WinPcap has
been used by a program since last reboot.

Hi WinPcap-users!
I've noticed that sometimes an uninstalling of
Wipcap 3.0 alpha 3 leads to quick rebooting of PC. I've seen this effect
both on Windows 2000 Prof and on Windows XP prof. I perfomed the next
actions: Control Panel, Add/Remove Programs, Remove WinPcap 3.0 alpha 3,
Press the "Next" button and got PC rebooted. WinPcap-based applications were
not working at this time.
