A 10/100 Mb hub is actually two hubs, one for 10 Mb and the other for 100 Mb, connected together by a switch. Therefore when using such a hub the sniffing machine and the machine being sniffed MUST have the same network connection speed. ================================================================== This is the WinPcap users list.
