I HAVE THS ERR IN SERVER LOG

The Netgroup Packet Filter service failed to start due to the following error: Netgroup Packet Filter is not a valid Win32 application.

on my pc prgrams works fines but on this server ( have a NAT router services
installed ) i can`t detected any device
