I was hoping it would be "3.0a" or something like that, so I could differentiate between this 3.0 alpha library and the 2.3 library. I'm sure this will be fixed in 3.0 final, but I thought I would report it just in case there's a chance of it being overlooked! (And maybe it was overlooked in the alpha, or maybe deliberately left the same, in which case, I just wanted to express my opinion that I would have liked to see it changed for every publicly available version, if it's going to be present in the library.)
