Kind folks,
I have another administrative problem, I believe, though I find it
difficult to fathom.
I am running WinPcap 2.3 under Windows XP Professional. My system has a
number of users defined, all of them in the Administrators group. I have checked
and re-checked my system's security policy and have found no specific entries for
any particular user.
If I logon as Administrator, WinPcap is fine. If I logon as one of the
other users, WinPcap is fine. If I logon to the third user (also in the
Administrators group), WinPcap will not function. I cannot find anything
different about the non-functional user. Can anyone shed any light on this? Many
