is the any intention of supporting PPP adapters under Win2K?
Using windump -D my system reports
C:\>windump -D
1.\Device\Packet_NdisWanIp (NdisWan Adapter)
2.\Device\Packet_{D4659136-E101-4B2B-BE35-3B030AD791CA} (D-Link DFE-530TX
PCI Fast Ethernet Adapter)
if I start with
C:\>windump -i 1
tcpdump: listening on\Device\Packet_NdisWanIp
tcpdump: WARNING: The operation completed successfully.
it gives that strange warning, and then blocks all access to the ppp adapter
and captures no packets. As soon as I stop windump access via the ppp
adapter is restored.
what's happening?
