[WinPcap-users] csrss.exe

Hello,
when I start my application using winpcap, the taskmanager of my WIN NT 4.0 
SP5 shows csrss.exe with about 50% CPU-Usage. What is this program doing, 
and can I improve my performance for example by reducing the priority of 
csrss.exe?
