I am also seeing the same problem with W98.
On NT & 2000 the problem does not occur.
The incorrect time stamp seems to be 32 Hours 20 Minutes less than it
should be
ie. on a WinDump output you see:
08:01:52.065260 PCI-RACK06-TTF > OEMCOMPUTER: icmp: echo request
16:21:21.776535 OEMCOMPUTER > PCI-RACK06-TTF: icmp: echo reply
where 16:21 is the correct time and 08:01 is 08:01 on the previous day.
I tried the 2.2 release and the 2.3 Beta and neither of them showed the
same problem.
I have already forwarded the full debug information for the problem to
winpcap-bugs.
