I am working for a company which develops software for it's clients.
My current project requires packet capturing functionality. We have
evaluated the winpcap
library and are planning to use it in our project. Our client may
distribute the product that we are
developing.
I need information as to whom can i approach for get permission to
distribute the library files.We shall fully
comply with the display of copyright notice at all required places.
Any information shall be useful as the web site does not have any contact
id.
