[WinPcap-users] Sending packets over PPP

This is not fair :) There has to be a way to send packets over a PPP link.
For example Sniffem for windows can send raw packets over PPP.

What about finding IP addresses? Do you have to use RARP to find them out.
Does it work on PPP?
