Hi, I'm developing an application using the packet.dll library, and I'm having a problem with the new version of winpcap. My application was coded and working in the previous version, but after installing 2.3 everything fell apart. The format of the results of the PackgetGetAdapterNames function isn't right (doesn't match the docs), and I can't open an adapter even with the correct adapter name. The example applications in the developer's pack can't find any adapters, either, so I know its not just my app.
I'm using Windows 2000 5.00.2195 Service Pack 2 and an SMC EZ Card 1000 gigabyte network adapter. I've tested on another Win2k machine with the same results, but WinXP has no problems. Has anyone else had this problem? Kenny
