Hi Luke, Paul Hampson (TBBle on IRC) worked on it. He has some patches but some cleaning up and restructuring (e.g. adding some new tasks to explorer.exe) and more is needed to get it into Wine. I'm not sure what the current status is. You can find his email in the wine-devel archives.
