For references, take a look at the tests directory under msvcrtd. It's
one of the simpler tests.
From a quick glance at the instructions in the URL Dan sent, it looks
like you no longer add "SUBDIRS = tests" to dlls/foo/Makefile.in.
Instead, add an entry to the TESTSUBDIRS variable in dlls/Makefile.in.
