I've added them because I wanted to have shdocvw typelib, that should be
generated from exdisp.idl, as near to original as possible. I've just
checked
before a moment that Mozilla ActiveX control does the same in their own
typelib. If we don't want it, I'll remove them and send new patches.
Also, IDs with the 0x60000000 flag are ones generated by the IDL
compiler, hence they don't need to be added in the IDL.
I'll remove them as well.
