Yes, I tested it. Emulator is too slow, so I uploaded debug version of application from Eclipse to my phone. >> The download of the dict doesnt work for me. It starts downloading 1 of 2 files, then immediately i see it is unzipping 1 of 2. Then the app closes without crashing or an error. Can you try to download .ZIP file manually? The quote from the program description: It is possible to download the dictionary file manually.
