Issue Summary : After completing the SAML authentication process, the application redirects to: https://fssfed.ge.com/fss/idp/wSxxI/resumeSAML20/idp/SSO.ping This URL loads for about a minute and then results in a 504 Gateway Timeout error. The final redirected URL when the error occurs is: https://wiki.apps.domain.net/wiki/Special:PluggableAuthLogin System Information : MediaWiki Version: 1.34.4 (ff6464d) PHP: 7.4.33 (fpm-fcgi) MySQL: 8.0.35 ICU: 74.2 Elasticsearch: 6.8.23 LuaSandbox: 4.1.2 Lua: 5.1.5 Authentication Configuration : We are using the following extensions for authentication: PluggableAuth SimpleSAMLphp This issue started recently and prevents users from logging in via SAML. We have verified that our IdP is reachable and functional independently. Request : Could you please help us troubleshoot this issue or point us to any logs/configurations we should specifically check? Any guidance or recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
