On the "Enable Authenticator app" page, once you set up your
authenticator app, you need to scroll down to "Step 4: Verification",
provide one of the codes from the app there and click "Submit". 2FA is
not enabled until you do that. This is to verify that your app is
working correctly, and that you will be able to log in with it.
