As part of the preparation for upgrading from PHP 7.4 to PHP 8.1 in the Wikimedia production wikis we have just upgraded PHP in the deployment-prep Cloud VPS project to PHP 8.1. See <https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T378752> for more details.
If you run into new issues in the beta cluster wikis or related tooling that appear to be caused by the PHP runtime version, please do file Phabricator tasks with as much relevant information as you have. Marking new issues as children of the <https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T319432> PHP 8.1 migration task should help insure that someone looks at them.
