I would create the phab task for you but I cannot reproduce the error by visiting https://test.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:GlobalWatchlist If you’re willing, please consider filing a Phab task using this link: https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/maniphest/task/edit/form/43/ Please include as much detail in the Phab task as you can, such as a screenshot, any error messages, etc. If the Phab task isn’t perfect (such as not selecting the right tags), someone will be along to fix it for you. There is something wrong with test.wikipedia.org <http://test.wikipedia.org> . Every time I refresh the Global Watchlist for the last hour, I get an error message, appended. It usually appears for all the wikis when there are internet problems, first time I can see a consistent message for one particular wiki, and I'm afraid it has something to do with the new MediaWiki version that was deployed there an hour ago.
