I use the usermail variable on certain "template pages" in my enterprise wiki, like a routing slip template. Users can log in and visit the routing slip template which is then ready for being printed, with their own name and own e-mail address. This was the reason why I introduced the variable some time ago. I had the need, and introduced it. You may like it.
