Morning all, Wiki Loves Monuments UK is back this year and runs throughout September. New for this year, we are using Monumental as a way to explore what sites you can take photos of and to add the photos to Commons.
You can read about the competition on the Wiki Loves Monuments UK website <https://www.wikilovesmonuments.org.uk/>, or if you'd like to get stuck in straight away here is the link to Monumental: https://maps.wikilovesmonuments.org/ If you haven't taken part before, now is a good time to have a go. I'm now frantically searching my photo collection to see what I haven't uploaded yet, not a bad place to start at least: https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:London_Borough_of_Richmond_upon_Thames_-_Kew_Palace_-_20220826162920.jpg Kind regards, Richard -- Dr Richard Nevell (he/him) Programme Coordinator and Connected Heritage Project Lead <https://donate.wikimedia.org.uk/> Wikimedia UK <https://wikimedia.org.uk/> is the national chapter for the global Wikimedia open knowledge movement.
