I popped in today and noticed that the extension seems to have been removed (https://wikimedia.org.uk/wiki/Special:Version), and that you’re running a version of MediaWiki which has recently gone “end-of-life <https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/MediaWiki_1.31> ”.
