Unfortunately she is the only one with the documents and experience etc as she did this last year. Its not something I or Emmanuel can do as it relates to documentation of the charity as a company etc. (Ie not a technical matter per se).
Often a firm will issue a stop gap certificate but in this case it looks like Gandi don't. Cheers, Tom
