Hi Jonathan, to avoid duplication, could you take a look at https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Commons:Wiki_Loves_Monuments/Organizing_a_Wiki_takes and see if that is what you're looking for? If you're missing something, perhaps that could be improved, and other countries could use that as well.
