I'm pleased to announce that The New Art Gallery Walsall:

   http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_New_Art_Gallery_Walsall

where I am currently Wikipedian in Residence, today began to deploy
QRpedia codes alongside a number the artworks in their collection.

A snapshot (better pictures later!) of the first being attached below
van Gogh's 'Sorrow' (subject of an article written as part of the
project) is at:

http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:New_Art_Gallery_Walsall_-_QRpedia_-_first_code_installed.jpeg

As well for artists whose articles are already in many languages, such
as Monet, Constable, Turner, Picasso and more, these will include
articles on specific artworks and people, written as part of this GLAM
collaboration:

not least:

   http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Oscar_Wilde%27s_tomb

and the article about the gallery itself.

Translations of articles in the latter set into other languages would
be appreciated, please.
