Hi Tom, The final report is expected to be finished this week, and should be published shortly thereafter. We will be discussing it at the Board meeting on Saturday 9th and Sunday 10th Feb, and I expect we will be taking action on it there and then. The "interim report" was a draft circulated in private to allow for corrections of fact (in fact, one draft of the chronology, one of the conclusions & recommendations) and will not be published.
