-- Wikimedia UK is sad to announce that Joscelyn Upendran has stepped down as a Trustee. "It is with great regret that I have accepted Joscelyn's resignation," said Chris Keating, Chair of the Wikimedia UK Board of Trustees. "I would like to thank her for her important contributions on the Board and look forward to her continued involvement as a member of the charity.” The constitution of Wikimedia UK allows the Board to co-opt a Trustee to fill Joscelyn's place until the next AGM, when an election for 3 trustees will be held. The Board will make a decision about how to proceed at its next meeting on September 9th.
