Also, the page at: http://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/2012-13_Fundraising_Agreement_%28UK%29 is the current draft of the fundraising agreement we'll be operating under this year, and: http://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Fundraising_and_Funds_Dissemination gives some of the background with the global fundraising strategy for the future. I'd also recommend reading: http://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Funds_Dissemination_Committee/Draft_FDC_Proposal_for_the_Board which gives an idea of where Wikimedia's heading in the future with fundraising and distributing funds.
