Hello gentlemen, I'm assuming that most, if not all, of you are trying to fit in your Wikipedia work around jobs.
I just happened to put "lecture" into YouTube's search box. It could have returned a lecture on *any* subject, of course, but it just so happens that one of the top hits was this lecture on time management: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oTugjssqOT0 It's good because it's not dry: engaging speaker, several cameras so you're not just staring at a face all the time, tried and tested methods.
