Hello, Thanks for your question. Are you asking this about the IRC or in general? This IRC is not restricted to any language or project community. About support in general, as we focusing more and more on projects (focused projects such as Wikisource, Wikidata etc.), so this is also open to all language communities.
The two agenda items mentioned in the first email in the thread: online support and Wikisource, perhaps it is important to try to understand the support we need to provide to the communities now out in future. You are aware that because of the unfortunate condition on-ground events are currently not possible, so we can use this time and opportunity to think upcoming online activities and support.
